Water Jet Cutting
--we can water jet
cut a wide variety of materials, with stock on a variety of steel,
stainless steel, and aluminum. Short or high volume production
runs are available.
Send
us a pattern (an o.e. pipe, cardboard cutout, pvc pattern, etc.) and we
can duplicate it to your needs. You need to do the finishing (cutting
and welding and etc.), but you will have a mandrel bent part. This is
excellent for custom applications, or on rare vehicles that require
larger or special exhaust.
MISCELLANEOUS EXHAUST ITEMS
We stock a wide variety of exhaust
parts that we do not make. These include a full line of chrome tips,
hangers, clamps, gaskets,
air tubes, catalytic converters, hardware, prebents, mufflers, tubing,
and more. If it is an exhaust
part, we probably have it available.
Our muffler selection is
large, including stock mufflers, turbo style welded and non-welded,
universal units, and a
variety of welded straight through performance muffler, of which some
that are packed with noise suppression material and some without. We
offer
stainless steel glass packs that we build per specifications, as well
as stainless steel turbo mufflers and
stainless steel straight through mufflers. With our large muffler
selection, we offer a
variety of mufflers for any exhaust need and budget.
We also stock direct fit
O.E. parts including prebent pipe, catalytic converters and mufflers
for stock exhaust replacement.

INSTALLATION
We have quite the unique muffler shop to
handle all your installation needs. We not only are an exhaust
manufacturer,
but also a muffler shop. But unlike most muffler shops, we
possess
several CNC mandrel tube benders including both a left and right hand
CNC mandrel tube bender with up to 3"
bending
capacity, an xyz measurement laser arm,
and a portable measuring probe arm. We have several sizing
machines,
lathes, mills, punch presses, welders, cutters, and many other general
manufacturing equipment. To make it short, we have the equipment
to do nearly anything in regards to exhaust.
In our shop we
have done the exhaust
on a national
street rod of the year, an MSRA street rod of the year, as well as many
other show-winning automobiles, daily drivers, muscle cars, and other
classics.
We have done drag cars, diesels, and even European exotics. We
can
use aluminized, 409, or 304 stainless per each customer's
request.
For special automobiles, we take the necessary time to do the job as
needed
for the customer. From aluminized steel to fully-polished mirror-shine
304 s/s exhaust systems, we can do it. Ample indoor storage is
available for those who wish
to drop off their vehicle.
All work is
charged out on a per
man/hour basis,
plus the materials used. Custom exhaust work is very difficult to
quote. Often a general idea of price may be stated, but this will
vary based upon the previously mentioned two factors. We will
not give quotes on custom exhaust work!!
